Why would the equipment for both Osh and Missouri still be in EC? It would make more sense to have it here or St. Paul or even Springfield than somewhere that's been closed. I think it's because Utah won't spend the money because they're going to shut us down.

Putting a few things in here and there doesn't mean a thing. Utah is shutting you down just like they did to us in Eau Claire. We had a few new items within the last year we were there. So keep dreaming and lying to yourselves.
