After having a conversation with a current Strayer instructor, I was informed that workers sign a contract that disallows them from speaking poorly of the company. Has anyone else felt censored by Strayer or been concerned about the repercussions of speaking out or organizing?

Strayer made employee's sign agreements that they would not speak negatively against the organization or the corporate office leadership. The agreement also stated that employee's could not sue for any reason. If you did not sign the agreement within the 10 day period, you got nothing. Most of the employee's signed because the layoff was a shock and unexpected considering they called it a restructuring. There are a lot of things people would like to say but unfortunately their hands are tied by the legal agreement they signed.
