A reduction in service means a reduction in TOI fleet, it has nothing to do with talent people. Eliminating such talk is critical, there is competition for contractors and TOI is not the big fish in the water now. TOI management is retiring as we speak and if oil production is all you know? Grab a life jacket and practice your abandon ship training.
2015 will be hard for anyone, we will have cuts all the way through Q3 when they expect prices to stabilize. Wait and see, that's the best advice, do no stress about layoffs as you have no control over it and focus on your own work which should be as good as possible. By having an outstanding performance you'll differentiate yourself from the rest of the pack and if there is a decision to be made and there are two candidates for cuts the one with weaker performance will be eliminated. That's my advice.
You should be asking about 2015, there will be massive layoffs in 2015
