The drinking associated with this job must be so bad the dui rate is going up. How else do you explain a grown adult driving a child's mini bike to work?

I saw that. But Wisconsin's laws still say you have to have a valid drivers license to have anything motorized on the road. Getting caught on that is the same as being caught driving a car with no license.
