The current salaried assistant managers in OfficeMax stores will be offered pay cuts and an hourly position as Sales and Services Associate Manager. The pay cut will be significant. Those conversations will happen in about 3 weeks from now. Exact timing of the pay cut has not been determined. It could be at the beginning of fiscal July or 90 days after the conversation. There will be no severance opt out packages offered.
