Thread regarding DST Systems Inc. layoffs

It probably was DST's HR that took down the posts about Marc Fagan. You have to understand, the whole reason an HR department even exists at any company is to prevent and minimize expensive litigation against the company. HR people know this. I noticed that the post calling for all complaints against Marc Fagan was also removed. So it's not just a slander or defamation thing, it's move to protect the company. Maybe HR recognizes Marc Fagan to be a lawsuit waiting to happen (sexual harassment, discrimination, etc), and taking down those posts was a way of preventing or delaying that. Either way, somebody's feathers were ruffled. Somebody's cage got rattled - just from some anonymous post about an idiot. That shows the power of words and ideas. That's pretty cool.
