These guys are a revolving door. They hire everyone as temps and require a bachelor degree to get in the door. Why? Because it makes it so they can hire desperate students cheap and without a chance at older/more experienced people who would most likely unionize and squash out bad leadership's labor practices. These guys don't even have an HR department.
