I quit because of the lack of guidance. The coaching is a joke. One TL will tell you to do.something one way. Then another will tell you to do just the opposite.
In response to the no reason question, here's my opinion from when I worked there. Strategic hiring policies are kind of like throwing mud at the wall. Only some sticks. They hire almost anyone and tell them they'll train them to do the job. The reality is they give you the basics and then only keep those who can do guilt little old ladies out of their life savings without needing much guidance. If you disagree you are a strategic a$$ kisser.

That gives you the head start in finding a new job. Do it now. In a few weeks there will be a whole bunch of people competing with you to find a job when SF closes the doors.
