Has ANYONE's manager communicated to your group, corporate or stores, that you don't need to worry about your job?

There is no safety, whatever they tell you, they also lie a lot, so no trust here...
First our manager would have make an appearance in our department to say anything to us....he's only around when his boss is in the building. It would not hurt kohls one bit to let him go cause he's not running things anyway.
Are you nuts? Every single retailer is struggling, every single one! We are not safe and will not be safe, the younger generations do not shop in stores and our numbers will continue to decline, KOHL's is not safe...
