Thread regarding Apria Healthcare Group Inc. layoffs

Blackstone (Apria) Ownership is Ruining the Company

My theory is that anyone who works hard, and does the overtime, gets laid off. Those who skate by, and don't work hard, are the ones they leave alone. Blackstone is just trying to show a profit so they can dump it and walk away.

Apria has the WORST customer service ever and I feel sorry for anyone who has to work for such a poorly run company. Not employees fault--everyone needs to write the Board of Directors, who should be ashamed?

Since Blackstone buyout things changed at Apria: less commission on O2, no commission period on respiratory medications or on wheelchairs. Increased CPAP commissions BUT!!! doubled everyone's quota.. results in less bonus dollars. So, all this sucks big time

Blackstone results: Mailing of CPAPs. Midlevel management GONE. Drivers are GONE. Service representatives are GONE.
