Curious to know if anyone got a severance package beyond the two weeks for every year -- that is a large payout but you're not allowed to work at Alcon ever again bc you took the package? I heard someone mention that but seems hard to believe if you've only been there 10.5 yrs in the lab. Not a manager, not a director vp either just a regular employee on the totem pole. Thoughts?
