I think you should just quit and not let them have the satisfaction of firing you. Go out on your own terms and quit today! Be a winner! Why be unemployed someday, when you can be unemployed right now! Of course, then you will have a lot less drama to stir up, but I'm sure you will find some other way to stir up crap!
Friend just let me know that they announced that they filled the open Office Manager position with a current TL and that they are now going to look for a new TL to fill that opening.
I haven't heard of a TL quitting? Who quit?
