This seems to be legitimate
my question is...
I still am at PHH. It seems that PHH is now taking the course of "constructive termination". We are not being given enough (or any) OT, our work load is too great, our supervisors are hostile or incompetent. I know that I have started to make mistakes because I do not have enough time, I have missed asking for items in loans, missed calls (rate calls etc), have had borrowers/bankers complain about my slow turn around time, etc. The newest tactic this week is that we are going to start getting written up. If you get written up enough, you can be fired with cause.
I also know that people are working overtime and not entering it so they won't get in trouble. PHH got in trouble for that previously. Please do not be intimidated by supervisors or directors.
I thoroughly believe that PHH is trying to make the work conditions so bad and unacceptable that people will quit and not have to be included in (I would assume) the next layoff, whenever that is.
Please don't quit, please don't not enter your overtime, you deserve to be paid. If this is legitimate, we have an option to unite and not be bullied out of our jobs.
I know that this is not just me or my team. Anyone else interested in calling.....
