Virtually all of E3 Replenishment staff to be released end March. Dev/Training stopped. Support for maintenance payers funneled to India.

This is completely untrue.
Product Development and Support Services continue to be sourced in the US as well as India. This has already been in place for years. E3 Replenishment continues to be enhanced and maintained with a solid roadmap for product enhancements - in fact, the Consulting Team has been growing over the past year to keep up with demand! Training continues to support new versions, which in fact, will be two releases with significant enhancements in the second half of 2014.
Don't confuse a shift in the location of employees as "E3 Replenishment going away". E3 is as strong as ever!
