But that's the way he rolls (that's terminology he frequently uses). He has no conscious. And his precious favorite directors are still there. Even though they have no one reporting to them. They have no teams. And yet they are still there. It's really disgusting to watch.

He should have been PHHUCKING FIRED!! The chickensh*t nerve to gut his secretary! Agreed! Anyone else for some small infraction would be dumped! Cowards all!!
Because he blamed it on his secretary. She got fired, even though he's the one that sent the message. Seriously folks. He threw her under the bus, to save his ass.
