Develop talent of their "friends."
I was terminated due to no fault of my own. Once that target was placed on my back, I was doomed. Needless to say, I notice that several new employees in my department are all from one lawfirm in Minneapolis. Looks like all the director's "friends" have Huron jobs. Glad I am gone!
all consulting firms are like this, nature of the beast
What are you basing this statement on? Huron is still a great company and will develop talent.
