Hello I applied for an AECOM Business Analyst Position, I wanted to see if I can get some inside information about culture and work load. I see quite a bit of concerns on this site and I am not sure if I should go ahead and accept this position. I appreciate your help.

These days AECOM is moving fast to the next stage of its evolution. Its a great opp for any folks who are serious about treating it like a real business. They're developing efficient processes in all areas to support their engineers and clients to enable significant growth, and need of to solve complex finance issues. Highly recommend, unless you're looking for a clubby, loosely controlled environment.
I hope this person didn't go to AECOM for the BA position. It is not the best company to work for. There is no growth and the management s---s.
You typically hear back within 2 weeks. If there is no response, call. Sometimes, we open the position but there is no rush. More often there is some urgency.
