Business is business but.....No on seemed to want to take responsibility as to what determined who was let go and who stayed. What a terrible experience to rounded up and herded off for the kill...The Green Mile! It felt like being guilty of something. Some of my former co-workers that remain would rather now have been in the herd. Very sad!!

Money. Team player A with 12 years experience who knew what they were doing made $20K more than the team player B hired 5 months ago who is ill trained. VP who no one in the department below manager level has ever seen, has never taken the time to visit the floor let alone interact and shadow and observe how things actual work on a daily basis, is sitting in their office looking at a spreadsheet. $20K savings on paper.
