State Street has more than 28,000 employees, does business in 27 countries

It's too much, I joined 7 years ago and our growth is immense. I think that we got to fat, 27K, come on...

@ Anonymous5731 your a dumbass, laying off hundreds of workers each year and replacing them with cheaper workers is not growth

Buying another company and counting its employee's to your own is not growth

Please explain were are the new jobs are at State Street

Mid-level meaning VPs and department heads. The company is looking to create a flatter organizational/reporting structure - more people reporting to fewer managers.
