Thread regarding Congoleum Corp. layoffs

This is a pyramid scheme disguised as a real business. The people close or at the bottom do pretty much all of the work and the people at the top make pretty much all of the money. Although Congoleum advertised as paying over 35K plus in the ad I responded to, they really only pay nine bucks per hour with no benefits offered for the people who work the phones, which is what they were advertising for. The only way you can make that amount and get benefits is to get the level stated, and there are only a handful of people above that level at any given time.
