Airgas used to be an outstanding place to work at, those days are gone. 2014 will be difficult and we will probably reorg again

Airgas has a nuts and decentralized structure which doesn't allow for cross collaboration or process standardization across regions and divisions. This results in fragmentation. Nobody cares about you outside of your group. layoffs happen but you will not know about them.
