We've added so much headcount that it's not funny any more. Some people spend hours on Facebook and do nothing all day. How did we get here FirstEnergy used to be a great company but now it is just bad. I would not be surprised if the execs make a move because now everyone is fed up.

If First Energy was smart - which they aren't- they would fix the computers so employees could not access Facebook. I know most of them do it on their phones, but if it were the old Allegheny Energy, we would be reprimanded for being on it except at lunch or break. Whatever happened to being in charge of your employees and not allow this?
