Thread regarding Northland Concrete and Masonry layoffs

In the fifteen years I had worked for them they went fron a company that really cared about quality to a company that told us that we better be faster than the guy next to us or he gets our job. These things came into play when the new owner took control.it went from a great place to work to a great place to be from.then they started systematically getting rid of the people that had been around before doug queefer took control, he used intimidation tactics to motivate the formen . I do not beleive he cares about anything but anything but profit.they have screwed former employees that had injuries badlyand heartlessly
