I made it past the most recent layoffs but I am actively looking for a new company to work for. Unfortuantly, mortgage companies need to do layoffs when market conditions change. What scares me about PHH is that management who decided who was going to be layed off did a poor job. There were some fantastic people who phh had only to be laid off. People were kept who had poor numbers and were not nealy as tenured. It is obvious that no thought went into the most important asset decision of the company, its employees.
