Servicing Leadership team - those who grew up in the ranks - meaning got their position because of longevity and knowing all the band aids they put in place have been promoted to top positions - most steal time off and are not in the office most of the time - this has been for many years and tolerated - two sets of rules for the Cust Svc Reps who now run the Com and the new hires...
