I have often thought of the many reasons that we should get together and organize a class action law suit against PHH. But how does one get the ball rolling? I could share so many examples of illegal and unethical actions of the company but would not know how to get the ball rolling. Any ideas?

I agree with the idea as they have done wrong- but exactly what law(s) have the broken. Morally they are evil. ethically questionable but nothing that a court of law could do anything about. Lying to your employees is wrong- not illegal. Firing your employees is not illegal since we are all at will employees and no civil rights were violated. PLEASE tell me where we could get them and I would be in.
