They let go all the qualified and productive management team. The suck ups and ass kissers were spared. This company is being run to the ground by David Tucker and Morgan Whitacre. They have little idea how to the run the company. They set unrealistic goals and then when they fail either put a positive spin or just add a new report or checklist to complete. As an employee of PHH is sickens me to see how these corporate morons can still hold their positions. Yet when/if PHH collapses these shmucks will have their golden parachutes while the rest of 99% of the employees will be screwed.
