Accenture partner make a lot if compared to general population - I am not specific on purpose as pay for partners (oh, should we call them differently now, Senior Executives, Managing Directors, whatever...) varies greatly depending on level and geography. Keep in mind that a partner in Hungary is not going to make not even close to what a Swiss partner makes simply because bill rates in Hungary will be lower. It all boils down to how much you bring in.

Yes that is correct. Pre IPO is 500 just in salary, it does not include their stock and bonus. And if you are an old cow and off-shore every head you see both internally and externally, then you get the top ranking and the pay can be in excess of 1M...but most of those below the old cows are praying they will leave or that Finance will finally escort them out of the company to alleviate some of the cost pressure that has been on the backs of so many people making so much less, pretty much carrying them while they fly around and BS while terrorizing their staff.
As a brand new one, you'd be looking at 250K to 300K. Pre-IPO partners are dying off, they get paid insane amounts of money, I think all of them are over 500K
