Thread regarding PHH Corp. layoffs

Question

Is it possible for an investigation to be done on how many tenured people where let go in the last 6 months either laid off or terminated? Who would we contact? The number of terminations increased with minimal investigations ( save company money instead of a package). People on maternity leave, FMLA ect. In addition I am reading buffalo employee where given 90 days vs 60 days. Supervisors offered EAP counselors the day if layoff, peons told to pack their things. This is after this summer The entire lpc department was sent a report that had all employees listed in color codes (going, stay, maybe) also listed was if they had any hr write ups. Confidentially was compromised and nothing happened. Managed by the good bad and ugly let's call out employees mistakes and send them to all groups to read as public humiliation. This happened 1 time a week and this was supposed to be a motivator.
