When will the board and CEO see that they need an overhaul in all managnent levels? They have people who will not question business decacions because they are managed by fear in turn do the same thing. Good luck with the people they have left if it makes it a year. Tomorrow is another round. Give your employees the opportunity to take a package inStead if the "Morgan Whitaker list" perhaps you dont want to see all remaining talent walk out the door.
