Thread regarding Infinity Trading Solutions layoffs

If you are looking for a job that has room for advancement, incentives, along with yearly raises, then this place is not the place for you... The only reason im still working here, is for the job security. Bosses are cool, and friendly. But it doesn't matter if you worked here 3 months. A year. Even two years. Dont expect a raise. For the work you do, busting your ass all day, receiving in commercial airline parts, verifying documents with tens upon thousands of dollars worth of parts. To shipping out, and reviewing traces of condition from the beginning of time where each part was from, and reviewing documents before shipping said merchandise over seas. You are lucky if you get paid 11-12 bucks an hour. Youre better off working at Pepsi Cola factory, or Walmart. At lease they give their employees what they really want, a disable salary, with yearly incentives. This place is a joke.
