Just go to the net or a bookstore. many books on how to ruin your manager's career. at a former job, I waited till the manager left for lunch (his PC was still on) and using his PC, sent a nasty email to the President of the firm, criticizing all management decisions. Then after it was sent, I deleted it from the "sent mail" mailbox. He was fired the next day, never knew what hit him. Next manager was a sweetheart and was so kind to all...... Its worth taking action to get a good result in the longrun.

There have been several murders related to DST employees over the years. You need to be careful - even around employees.
Most child killers ask questions like that long before actually doing the crime. They are in the "should I" stage, and if not dealt with it will proceed to the "killer" stage. Glad he is gone
someone replied that I am a moron. actually I helped my career by getting rid of the bad manager. And helped others in the department too. They sure didn't call me a moron, they thought it was genius. You may take offense if you see yourself as that manager that was fired. Let me tell you what the "bad manager" asked me one day out of the blue. He said: what would you do if I killed one of your children? What kind of question is that? Is that the kind of person you want to work for? Why would someone even think that, much less say it. He also brought his partly used shampoo bottles and shaving cream in for people in the department to "try", as it is "so much better" than the brand they use. May I bring you a 1/2 used bottle of shampoo for you to use so your hair will look better?????
