Thread regarding PHH Corp. layoffs

Is anyone else not getting paid for their overtime?

After multiple requests to my supervisor asking how I was supposed to process so many loans and not receiving a consistent (or any answer) answer and certainly not being given anything in writing, my team and I have worked A LOT of OT.

It wasn't a problem the first two weeks. Then it suddenly got cut off with the explanation that we need to start working smarter not harder. After a week of working OT, our supervisor sent an email stating that there should not be any OT on our time cards for last week.

Is anyone else working OT? Are you getting any guidance and are you being told that you shouldn't have worked the OT after you did?

If anyone does not get paid, here is the link to the State of NJ website.

Amherst office started with OT- then was told no more then 10 hours- then was told its on a case by case basis based on pipelines and if you've taken vacation. Site leader sends out multiple emails a day; first saying work this report and have done by end of day then two minutes later Work this report and have it done by end of day. Impossible in 37.5 hours.

Typical sneaky crap PHH is famous (or infamous0 for in the outside world. You know when people I met that I told I worked for PHH they would actually recoil! The mgmt. that thinks the outside world that worships their status as upper echelon of PHH are deluding themselves. Keep barf bags handy when meeting their like!!!
