I'm particularly amused by "Employee agrees that Employee will not criticize, denigrate or disparage the Released Parties or their products and services, either orally or in writing." Not a chance. If I have a paying job in the next week or two, I'm not going to sign this and take the severance. They're not offering nearly enough for me to keep my mouth shut.
