Well the stock continues to look terrible, I'm ready for a small rebound to cash out. What happens if this continues to underperform? Does Doug get the "Change" paperwork himself? Waiting to see what happens Feb 20th before I sell.
I'm glad they preached the 15% match when I never got to see anything close to it since I didn't reach my 5 years.
