Thread regarding Kohl's Corp. layoffs

I think 4246 was trying to be sarcastic, at least that's how I processed the post. Anyhow, I also heard that our Marketing folks will be in big trouble in March. I too heard that the layoffs will be numbers driven, so the more Kohl's pays you the more likely you'll be axed. If you've been around long enough, you know that it's all about numbers here and I would not be surprised if current compensation is the primary drivers when selecting who is eliminated. Let's see what happens. I also heard that both IT and Finance will be affected, given the salary levels in both groups I'd probably say it'll be a bloodbath. Just my 2 cents, many rumors, cannot confirm anything though.
