Accenture Senior Manager Salary info

I wanted to see if someone has more info about salary ranges for Senior Manager positions in Northern California. Specifically, I am applying for a Senior manager role in the Systems Implementation consulting unit in San Francisco and I will work on SAP projects only (~20 years of SAP Systems Implementation experience, different modules but mostly FI-CO). I am also open to being based out of Palo Alto office, not sure if that's impact the salary calculations. Also, it'd be great if someone can post info on Stock Options, grants, etc.

You should be in a 200K range

If you are in the West you should probably expect to be in a 150K to 220K range. There are many variables in play here, if you come in with some experience recognized at Senior Manager level you'll be more likely to be closer to 220k. Also if you can demonstrate that you might somehow help ACN with selling more work that's very valuable at your level. Finally, if you managed large teams and delivered in a program lead role that can also bring you closer to the top pay. From the bonus perspective you might be able to hit additional 30k or so if you do a good job and are laddered fairly good (average will not help you here). At the same time be ready to work super long hours, mistakes of any kind will be not tolerated and watch out for other Senior Managers, nobody will be your real friend, it's all about competition at this level - it's very very very cut throat...
