I joined Affinion in 2011 and we had layoffs that year. Needless to say, we had another round in 2012 and yet another round in 2013. Now, there is a wide spread rumor that we are prepping a massive reorg and that there will be more downsizing. I just do not get how companies like Affinion can survive.
