If you join Parsons you'll notice that we have frequent Reorgs, month after month, quarter after quarter, there is always something brewing, you will be surprised how many people leave because of this as always somebody gets neglected. Parsons is not a bad company to work for, but this reorg thing is driving me bananas, I do also notice that every time we do a reorg we downsize and folks are being let go.

I joined the company six months ago and I've already seen what is described above. The company really has no idea how to treat people like people. I'm considering leaving already.
