Yeah seems like Tritt was the master mind behind the original offshoring initiative. He used to talk about replace 10% of attrition with offshore, the next town hall it was 20%. That's when I left.

Bob Tritt is the reason DST is as successful as it is. He and Tom M. worked tirelessly to market, implement and develop the uses for the system. He is largely responsible for DST's success.
