It's no surprise at all this company is manager by people who have NO idea of how to handle things as they should.
Not all of them, but 80% of management has no people skills not basic organization ones.
It's impossible to understand budget is handled in an almost pathetic fashion, and what I mean with this is that when employee travel is required they come up with the catch-all-excuse there is no budget for travel but you only find out that this budget was spent in ways it should not have been.
