CNSI is an unethical corporation, that seeks to gain talent in some sort of state government level contract engagement, such as pension or state or expanded Hope and Change Medicare/Medicaid systems expansion development. CNSI has been sued by various a state governments when they took the state taxpayer money and ran; see CNSI and Louisiana state as current example.
During the hiring process, CNSI omits critical information, such as monthly or more frequent travel to the Maryland State home office. They want to make a connection between the employee, located in some state that is their home, and the CNSI home office, so that they habituate you away from your home and, if you are good, reassign you to a new CNSI engagement in another state or city. If you do not accept reassignment, even though the contract you work on needs your skill set in your role and you are in your home state, you'll be threatened with being fired with cause.
States, counties, and cities: Avoid CNSI. Hire local contract services to do the work or hire employees and manage the project in-house.
Job seekers: Say NO to CNSI.
