We need to get our financial house in order, there are places that are very poorly managed from the operational side. Things need to be better if we would like to survive. It'll require discipline and tough decisions on our side, Kellogg will have to be bold and cut where it needs to cut. Nobody likes it but it looks to me like we'll continue to support some businesses that have no future - this cannot continue any more and will have to be taken care off.
