This is the consequence of years of poor decisions, total lack of planning and stupid investments.
Sorry guys, but I do not feel sorry for ANY manager/upper manager being laid off. You had it coming, and deserve it for supporting a strategy that did not drive results and expected sometimes a stressful work volume and hours and hours of staying in the office. Besides, raises sucked...4 %? Really?
All upper management, including Deb, should be gone soon if they want the company to survive. Or at least should hire people who can think properly, which is not what I saw in almost 10 years working for the company.
