We had an OK year (2013) but 2014 will be a more challenging one - I hear that on the IT side we will be reorganizing in the second half of the year and that reductions in force will be needed. I have not firm information and I am basing this on rumors but I heard the same thing from multiple sources and if you are with GMAC you know that this is always a dangerous thing.
