A quick question - Are we laying off based on seniority? For example, if I am with Iron Mountain for 10 years, someone else is with us 5 years, same performance, same salary, same position, is the other guy more likely to be cut?

Seniority doesn't mean Jack at IM.. Over 40 with 15+ yrs; look out.
