I think they borrowed the IBM MVS software from DST and didn't pay IBM the required software liscense fees until caught. those were the good old days.

Oh yeah, the system shut down on Russell Stover and stopped. They called DST and was told the license had not been renewed as they had move to a newer operating system. So Russell Stover had a shut down system and EDS was involved too
