Sam knew what was being planned and he was looped in on the strategy. He was skeptical at first but gave them full support, Deb was the brain behind the approach, she helped figure out the direction, it got approved and she was behind the execution plan. He has a lot personal interest in the IPO and he believes that we have to get external capital in order to grow via acquisition and organically. So, his motivations are not purely selfish.
