A WARN was posted on 11/18/2013 that had 15 people getting laid off on 1/24/2014. Obviously more than 15 were laid off. I did see mention on newspaper of a class action lawsuit against other Texas companies that failed to post, but wonder if an inaccurate post also is grounds for a suit.
