Alticor continues to struggle - many things internally can be better - out IT is horrible our software never works as it should, the systems are down often. people complain about low pay, i can tell you that we pay less than our competitors, and we do not know whats happening in the company, communication is bad, but we also had layoffs and that does not help. overall it's poor.
